Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Times:

Canada & United States: $14.95 (1–5 business days) (Please take note that delivery times may be longer for the following provinces/states: Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alaska and Hawaï)

International Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight (see the price calculator in the cart). Estimated delivery time is 5–20 business days.
 

Invalid Address or Returned Package:
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been packed or the shipping label has not been printed, it can be cancelled. In this case, credit card transaction fees and Route Shipping protection fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
