Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
   

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at islandgoldjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
    

2. We will send you return instructions and the return address
    

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will let you know if your refund is approved.

• If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
   

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received the wrong product or your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Send us a photo and your order number, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
